This lady was really unpleasant, telling me my insurance on the TV had expired. I got annoyed and hung up, but she rang back immediately, sounding even more rude. She couldn't even tell me what kind of TV I had or when I bought it! When I said I had a new one, she insisted I was wrong and she was right. Feels like a total scam to me.
