I have been in a serious accident before, and these people acted like they had all the details - totally creepy. Such a terrible business, seriously don’t share any of your info with them. I just wasted their time by leaving them waiting on the phone for more than an hour while I was tidying up and walking the dog. That's how pushy they are!
