They mentioned that a manager would get in touch with me, and, lo and behold, he called me back not long after. However, when I told him I'd reconsidered and felt that it wasn't needed for anyone to inspect my loft, he abruptly ended the call. Quite the unprofessional behaviour, if you ask me!
