Been getting daily texts claiming to be from Royal Mail but they're scam. This number messaged me once, and loads of others too over the past week or so. Luckily, I've blocked them all now.

I got a dodgy text claiming to be from Royal Mail, saying something like: "The Royal Mail tried to deliver a package but couldn’t because the address info is incomplete. Please verify your address through this link [shady link]. (Reply with 1, then close the message and open the activation link again, or copy it into your browser.) Wishing you a great day from Royal Mail!" It threw me off since I’d actually sent something via Special Delivery earlier that day.

Total scam alert! Got a text saying it was from Royal Mail saying my parcel couldn’t be delivered because the address was unclear. They even told me how to reply. Definitely trying to trick people. Don’t fall for it. Just ignore and block the number!

Just received a rather dodgy message that’s most definitely a scam. It claims that Royal Mail has an undeliverable parcel due to some missing details in my address. They’re asking me to verify my address through a link they provided:

They also instruct me to respond to the text and then exit, before reopening the activation link. It's all a bit too fishy if you ask me! Royal Mail certainly wouldn’t be reaching out like this. Stay savvy, folks!
