This evening, I received a rather unwelcome phone call from a woman. When I mentioned that I was signed up with the Telephone Preference Service, I inquired about how she obtained my number. She claimed it was sourced from a solar panel firm. I firmly told her to refrain from calling again and informed her that I would be lodging a complaint about the call. At that point, she became quite aggressive and vowed to ring me at all hours. After four more calls, I decided to keep my responses brief by hanging up each time. However, during the final attempt, I revealed that I was about to contact the police. This seemed to do the trick, as she promptly ended the call.
