I've no idea who that was, but a woman rang me claiming to be from Talk Talk. She insisted that five other people were currently misusing my internet. When I informed her that I don’t actually have a Talk Talk account, she continued, stating they were reaching out to customers of all providers. Then she asked if I could relay the information from my router. I told her I wasn’t convinced of her identity and requested either an email or a written letter to confirm. At that point, she simply disconnected the call! Quite suspicious, wouldn’t you agree?
