Definitely a scam, I got an automated call claiming to be from HMRC saying they were suing me. It asked me to press 1 to talk to someone about paying, but it’s just a trick. Best thing to do is just hang up straight away. HMRC themselves warn about this kind of call and say not to engage with it at all.
