They used the same old visa alert scam message, mentioning the Amazon purchase and gift card charge on my account just like they did less than a week ago. If it were real, surely Visa would've contacted me in those 5 days? What muppets! Absolute lowlife scammers! Whatever you do, don’t press 1 at the message’s end or you’ll be right into their grubby hands! Stay sharp!Amazon2 yearsJust got a voicemail from some scammer claiming a lot of money was taken out from my bank account for an Amazon order and gift cards. They said to press 1 to speak with them. Honestly, no proper bank or trustworthy company would ring me using a mobile number like that. Also, I can’t see any genuine bank using a recorded message to tell me about something so serious.
