The caller said they were from O2, but it was clear they were trying to scam me since they rang from a random mobile number, not the official O2 contact line.

Honestly, just ignore them, they're a scam. They claimed to be from O2, but don’t even start a chat with them. Best to just hang up and not engage at all.

Some woman left me a voicemail that was about 2 minutes long, just talking about her personal stuff. Lucky I didn’t pick up! While she was leaving the message, you could hear her chatting on another phone about someone’s O2 bill not being settled. She had no idea she was talking to my voicemail and recorded all that by accident. Don’t know who she is or recognise the number at all.

Someone just rang me up saying they were calling from O2 business. Felt a bit dodgy if you ask me.
