Someone rang me claiming to be from Microsoft, but I just ended the call straight away.

Got a call today from someone claiming to be with BT Openreach about internet infrastructure. I told him I no longer use BT for my phone or internet. He insisted that BT provide the infrastructure anyway, but I asked if they’d actually installed the cables down my road or to my home - they haven’t. We ended up arguing, and I told him to send me all the info in writing. He hung up straightaway. With my heart condition, I really don’t need this kind of stress.
