They say it's EE marketing, but honestly, it doesn't feel like it at all.

Got a phone call from someone with a strong Indian accent, telling me I was owed compensation for an accident they said I had last year - which I definitely never did. Could barely make out what they were saying. I just ended the call straight away!

I got a call from someone claiming to be from EE. It took ages before they got to the point, then they asked how much I pay for my bill and tried to upsell a 44% discount. Pretty clear it was a scam, so I just hung up right away.

Got a call from +44 7733 340018, someone pretending to be from Sky telling me my SIM wasn't 5G compatible. They kept going on about it and asked if I’d received an email about the issue. I said no, so they requested my email address. I told them if they really had my info, they should already know it. Suddenly, the caller got pushy and when I called them out saying it was a scam and mentioned I'd reported a similar call to Sky before, they just hung up.
