My wife got a message from this number saying her PayPal account was "blocked" - problem is, she doesn’t even have a PayPal account! It was clearly a dodgy scam with a link pretending to be for her account, which of course doesn’t exist. Just a few days back, she got another text from a different number about an HSBC account that’s not hers either. I’ve gone ahead and blocked both numbers on her phone now. Such a pain in the neck!
