This scam is really old and was even featured on a Channel 5 show about phone scams recently. If you get a similar message, take a screenshot and send it to '[email protected]'. You should also report it straight to the police’s fraud website. Just search for 'action fraud' on Google and head to the official UK police site. Find the phishing report section and scroll to the bottom to fill out the quick form. It’s mostly tick boxes but there’s space to add details too, and there’s no need to sign up or anything.
