This morning around 6am, I saw a missed call from this number. When I tried to ring back, it said the number wasn’t connected anymore. Quite strange!

Got a call from this number, an automated voice said something about HMRC and that a letter had been sent about some fraud. It told me to press 1 to speak to someone. I pressed it, then a person came on and asked how they could assist me. I just told them I didn’t need help, and then they hung up on me.
