Got a random call from a woman who barely spoke English, sounded like she might've been from India or somewhere similar. I couldn’t figure out if she was ringing about BT internet or internet stuff related to BT, it was all so confusing. Then she asked if I knew what the internet was?? Strange, right? And why on earth would BT be contacting me from a mobile phone number? Totally seemed like a pointless scam to me. I kept it civil, just said “goodbye” and ended the call.
