We kept crossing paths with this bloke at Bristol Zoo, and he asked my daughter for her phone number. She gave him a fake one on the spot. But then, I got a text later asking for her number, which really puzzled us. It dawned on me afterwards that she’d sent that message while sat right next to him, and he must have snapped a pic of her text on his phone! Should’ve taken the hint when he realised the number she gave was bogus. It was pretty unnerving how persistent he was, although probably no harm meant. Still, my daughter’s a single mum with a young lad, so it freaked her out a bit.
