I received a call from a lady named Lisa who clearly struggled with her English. She claimed that I was owed a refund of £79.99 for Amazon Prime. I told her I didn't have a subscription, but she insisted that if I provided her with a few details, she'd be able to prove that I do. When I explained that I wasn't comfortable sharing any personal information over the phone, she abruptly ended the call. Quite suspicious, if you ask me.
