I received a call from this firm claiming I had unsettled payments, and their tone was quite threatening. They tried to extract my personal details, but I wasn't having any of it since I had never heard of them before; they could be anyone, for all I knew. When they insisted they could only discuss my account if I shared my information, I told them to send me the invoice instead. They claimed it had already been sent, so I said they should mail it again, as it never arrived. I firmly stated that I don't owe any money to anyone. I'm left wondering if this is just some kind of SCAM, seeing as I'm not in debt to anybody.
