2 yearsGot a call from a woman speaking with an American accent saying she was from a UK legal firm. She accused me of owing criminal charges for tax fraud. Funny thing is, I'm currently sorting out a tax issue with HMRC and have been paying it off bit by bit for the last four years. When she asked about my bank balance, I questioned who she was and why she needed that info. She just hung up on me. Tried calling back, but the line said that person couldn’t take the call.
