I got a call from this number regarding some PPI claim, and strangely they already knew all my details. They wanted me to sign something so they could proceed, but I said no and ended the call. After that, they've called me twice more, and each time I've told them to cancel the whole claim.

They've called me three times already, and the last one sounded really threatening with a number that's pretty close to the earlier ones. I’m just ignoring the calls now. Tried blocking them but then I get calls from slightly different numbers. Does anyone know how to make it stop?

Got a call from someone about getting back PPI tax from old payments, and the bloke was really pushy and rude. wouldn’t say how much they take as commission or how everything actually works. The guy said his name was “Stevie Thomas”, but it felt like they just want your money one way or another. If you do get anything, it’ll be a tiny bit, and it’ll drag on for months. Plus, they keep your details on file forever. Honestly, just ignore, hang up and block them asap. Stay clear of these lot!

Got a call from this firm called Nationwide PPI Advice after a company named Allay helped me get some compensation for a mis-sold insurance policy. Nationwide said they could secure even more money for me. I listened for a bit before being put through to a really pushy bloke who wanted me to sign a contract electronically. That’s when I remembered getting a few hundred quid from Allay already, and realised the extra VAT refund NPPIA talked about claiming from HMRC wouldn't be much. Their fee is 33.33% plus a £50 admin fee on top. I also checked their reviews online and honestly, none of them looked positive - not a single happy customer! When the pressure to sign got intense, I faked someone knocking on my door and cut the call. That break gave me time to properly look into who I was dealing with. Even after telling them by email I wasn’t interested, they’ve called me five times since. It’s been a bit annoying!

This number called me earlier today about some PPI stuff. I told the guy straight up that he was trying to scam me, but he denied it. What really freaked me out was that he already knew my first name. I just hung up and made sure to block the number so they can't ring me again.
