Today I got a call from the number 07729860715. Wondering who it might be.

Got a call from a woman saying she was helping with a tax refund from a PPI claim. She already had loads of my info like my dob, address, and even the date I made the PPI claim. This is the second time she’s called, but switched to a new number since I blocked and reported the last one. She tried to get me to click a link in an email, which she also somehow knew my email address for. Total scam obviously.

Got a call about some PPI refund, they wanted me to log into their website to okay them carrying on with my claim. Felt a bit dodgy to me.

Got a call from 07729 860715, said it was about some PPI from a few years back, 2019 I think. She already knew my name, address and birthday - which was a bit worrying - but then asked for my National Insurance number. I told her to call me next week instead. Well, she called the very next day and said that without my NI number, they couldn’t move forward with the claim. So yeah, I decided not to bother with it anymore.

Got a call about some tax refund linked to a PPI claim from 2019. When i told them my claim was actually from 2012, they just ended the call straight away.
