Got a call saying ‘Ingenious’ had some info about my PPI claim over the past few years. Thing is, I've never made a PPI claim or even had one. I asked where they got my info from and told them to remove me from their contact list.

Somebody called claiming to be from Gateway and wanted to discuss tax relief with me. I wasn’t really sure about it, so I told them I wasn’t comfortable chatting about that kind of stuff on the phone due to all the scams going around. She just said alright and then ended the call.

Had a call today, sounded like one of those PPI scams. Didn't fall for it though!

I received a rather dodgy call from this number, a Scouse lady on the line purporting to be from a firm handling PPI tax rebates. She straightaway requested my email to send over an online document for me to sign. Then she had the audacity to ask for my National Insurance number, which I wisely declined to provide. To top it off, she mispronounced my name and mentioned an outrageous sum that I supposedly owed in PPI payments. I disconnected the call, and before I knew it, she rang back demanding my address. I firmly told her I was not at all comfortable sharing any further details over the phone, and that’s when she hung up.

I got a call earlier, and I must say, it raised quite a few red flags. The tone of the caller felt rather dodgy, and it clearly felt like one of those pesky cold calls. Surprisingly, they chose to hang up on me before we could exchange any more words. Quite peculiar, isn't it?

I received a call from a woman who seemed rather drowsy. Her introduction was a bit muddled, and I think she mentioned a name that vaguely resembled Allay. When I pressed her for more details about her identity, she fell silent and unexpectedly cut the line. Quite odd, really!
