I've received a message stating that a parcel of mine has been sent back to the post office, and they're asking me to cover a small fee to retrieve it.

this bloke called saying he was from talk talk and sounded like he had all the info on my account. I ended up going over a bunch of issues I’d already complained about in writing. he was sorry about the problems but still pushed for me to get a mobile ‘upgrade’. even though he was courteous, i’m fed up with these calls and this company’s messed things up badly, so no deal from me and I told him off sharpish.

I got a text claiming to be from the post office saying they've got a parcel for me. It told me to click this link https: //delivery-support-parcel.com so my parcel wouldn't get sent back. Felt a bit dodgy if you ask me.
