I got a call from a guy claiming he was from an insurance firm connected to a policy I supposedly cancelled. He told me they’d been taking money after I’d ended it and said they needed to refund me. Strangely, he asked if they could send the money to an account with a bank I’ve never even heard of. That’s when I got suspicious. When I said I didn't have an account there, he tried to get me to give my real bank details. I ended the call straight away.
