Instead of ringing me, they just sent a dodgy text pretending to be Royal Mail, saying they couldn't deliver my parcel because the address was wrong or missing info.

Got a message from "Royal Mail" saying my package is at the depot but they can't deliver it because my address is incomplete. They want me to click some dodgy link https://mail-royalgt-com.xyz/update and tell them my details. The message even says to reply with '1', then close it and try again or paste the link in a browser. Honestly, who falls for this? These scam artists should find real jobs!

Got a text supposedly from The Royal Mail saying they couldn’t deliver a parcel because of a wrong address, it had a link in it too. Feels dodgy, like one of those scams for sure.
