This was a scam call, an automated message saying my national insurance number was flagged and my bank accounts had been frozen because of some investigation by the national crime agency. It ended by telling me to press 1 to talk to my case officer. I rang my banks just to be sure and everything was fine, so obviously it was just some dodgy attempt to trick me.
