i picked up and asked who was calling but it was just a machine that said goodbye. no idea whose number this is.

Got a call from someone pretending to be from HMRC, or maybe just a recorded message, telling me there'd been some dodgy fraud on my name. They kept saying I needed to press 1 straight away or I'd get arrested with a warrant out for me. Seriously? What a load of rubbish.

Somebody rang saying they were from HMRC and told me to hit 1 or I'd be arrested. Definitely blocking that number.

I just found out there was a car crash you were involved in? No clue about that before. Definitely one of those spam calls.

She mentioned something about taxes, but I really couldn't tell what she was trying to say. Some bits of it seemed like it was coming from a robot or something.

I got a ring from someone claiming to be a savings expert, but their English was really hard to follow. I had to ask them to say the company name three times before I figured out what they were on about. Blocked them straight away after that.

I saw that the phone said this number might be a scam, so I didn’t pick up. Later, I looked it up on “who called me” and decided to block it.
