I got a call from someone who somehow knew my name. They said it was for an energy survey about loft insulation, but they refused to tell me which company they were with. Quite suspicious if you ask me.

This woman claimed to be a "local energy advisor" but said she was calling from the Philippines. I’m not great with geography but even I know that the Philippines isn’t exactly local to South East England! She also mentioned she was representing a well-known UK energy company but refused to tell me which one unless I finished a survey first. Bit suspicious if you ask me.
