I've been getting loads of calls from some bloke with a weird accent and a noisy background. He says he's from my energy company but can't actually say which one, throwing out names like SSE and Scottish Power. Keeps telling me it's about a letter they're supposedly sending, but I haven't had anything through the post. If I answer and stay quiet or put the phone down somewhere, he starts getting rude and even calls me daft and worse. This has been happening on and off for days now.
