I picked up this call but stayed silent on my end. Someone was definitely there, but they never said a word. After hanging on for about three minutes, I decided to look up the number. Interestingly, they rang me back while I was doing that. The caller ID just showed "neutral," which is odd. Sounds like a spam call to me, so I've gone ahead and blocked it.
