Just a heads up - got a call about suspicious activity on my credit card, something about a big Amazon purchase. They wanted me to press buttons to ‘verify’ stuff, but I didn’t fall for it. Ended the call by switching my phone off to make sure it ended. Rang my bank afterwards and they said my account was totally fine, no weird charges or anything. Seriously, don’t get involved with these unknown numbers, and if you get a call like this, hang up properly and phone your bank using the number on the back of your card. Stay safe!
