The number showed up as Text Phone ID, but real NHS messages usually have NHS visible in the caller ID itself, not just the message. If you get something like this, dont click on any links. Better to get in touch with the NHS by using a separate way if your unsure.

WATCH OUT FOR FAKE LINKS! If you get one, report it ASAP. Just search for ‘action fraud’ online and head to the police.uk website. Find the section where you can 'report phishing attempts' and make sure you read all the info provided. After that, you can add the phone number and any details about the scam straight into the official police records. Stay safe!
