The text said I had to pay some postage fees and included a tracking number plus a link to a “post office” website which looked quite legit at first glance. To be sure, I put the tracking number into the official Post Office tracking app on my phone, and it didn’t say the number was unknown like when you enter a wrong one - instead, it just couldn’t provide details right now. It felt really fishy, like maybe someone’s got hold of genuine Post Office tracking numbers and is using them to trick people with scam texts.

This one's a bit odd.. my delivery was delayed by a day through Royal Mail... got a message saying it was out for delivery... then another saying it had been dropped off... everything seemed normal as usual.
