This afternoon I got a voicemail claiming I owed taxes or something - really odd since I spent over four decades working in Canada, so paying UK taxes doesn’t make sense at all. They remind me of those annoying PPI scam callers. Sometimes I get calls saying I was involved in a recent car crash, which is ridiculous because I don’t even drive here, can’t handle driving on the left side of the road at all! Honestly, these scammers are the worst and such a nightmare. I just block their numbers straight away.
