Today, I got a call on my office phone from this number, and the bloke was asking for me by name. He claimed it was about an accident I’d had on 2nd May, but I haven’t been in any accident. When I asked how he got hold of our number, which is actually the ambulance station here, he just ended the call right away! I’m based in the Scottish Borders.

I saw two missed calls from him, but only rang once myself. When I finally got through, he said sorry. Seems genuine enough, so I’m inclined to trust him.
