I reckon this is a phishing scam. They want me to pay for some parcel delivery from "Royal Mail" saying the postage wasn’t fully paid. But seriously, when have any friends or companies I deal with just handed over my mobile number to the post or any delivery service without telling me? Seems dodgy to me.
