I got a call from a bloke who said he was with O2, offering me a discount on my contract. Thing is, I’m not even an O2 customer! When I told him that, he suddenly started saying he could do discounts for any provider. I could hear other people talking the same rubbish in the background, which felt very dodgy. I wasn’t having it, told him off and slammed the phone down. Definitely felt like a scam to me.
