Got a call on my mobile today from 07725-790168, trying to sell debt management stuff. If I manage to track down these muppets, I’m gonna hit them with a notice under The Privacy & Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 for sending me unsolicited calls. They’re breaking the law if they don’t stop. Usually after sending a warning they just piss off and don’t bother again. Since they called me on a number that doesn’t take return calls, I reckon they’re already dodging the law, so I’m reporting them to the ICO regardless. Bloody annoying!

Got a recorded message telling me "if you owe £6000 or more and can manage £80 a month, you could sort it out by consolidation." They reckon you should report calls like this to the Information Commissioner's office, under nuisance calls and messages. They can look deeper into all the complaints they get. The TPS said this is what you should do when getting these kinds of calls.

Got a call from this number not long ago, some bloke with an Asian accent and pretty bad english saying i owed money.
