Called by a number claiming to be from some bank fraud team. They said I had unauthorised payments of £199 to Amazon and £869 to something called Zoo. Didn’t say their name properly but told me to press 1 or 2 to confirm or talk to an agent. Had a quick look at my bank and nothing like that had happened. Ended up just hanging up straight away.

I just got a message saying I’ve been charged twice for £199 on Amazon and £800 on a card I hardly ever use, linked to some other account. They didn’t tell me who they were but asked me to press 1 or 2 or something like that. Quite suspicious if you ask me.
