Was checking out her flat to book, coz the reviews looked top notch, but after chatin with her face to face, you can tell the reviews ain't legit. Claire's proper loud and quite a big woman, not the nicest to deal with.

we stayed at her holiday rental and it was quite unprofessional. after we asked for fresh bedding because the ones they gave us were stained with wee, she kept calling our number non stop. the lady was really pushy and rude.
