I picked up and greeted him in German, then the guy with an Asian accent told me his name was Johnny and he was calling from BT. I asked him, still in German, if he understood the language and then he just dropped the call. Definitely looked like a scam to me.

Got a call earlier from someone claiming to be from my bank's security team, asking about a payment to Amazon and some kind of international money order. Definitely sounded fishy, like a scam trying to catch me out.
