Like others here, I've been getting persistent calls from this number about a supposed house valuation. They keep leaving messages, asking me to ring back and set up a meeting. I'm just ignoring it for now, hoping they'll take the hint. The company’s called Express House Sale Agency. I might drop them a message through their site and ask them to take my info off their list. Plus, their quoted value for my house was about £100k less than what it's actually worth! Proper cheeky if you ask me.

I’ve been receiving a bunch of calls multiple times daily and usually ignore them. This morning there was one at about 8:30 which I didn’t pick up either. Honestly, there really ought to be some kind of law stopping this company from constantly ringing - it’s extremely irritating.

i tried that too - got an online estimate for my house and it was way below what i paid 18 years ago, and even less than half the figure our estate agents gave us last year. honestly, these sites are crazy sometimes. i want to sell, sure, but i'm not about to accept nonsense prices.

I used one of those online valuation things on Facebook and it told me my house was worth way less than it really is - like £200k less! Feels like these lot are just looking to take advantage of people who aren't so savvy, offering to buy homes dirt cheap and then making a big profit when flipping them. I’ve blocked them now, proper dodgy.
