I had a really dodgy experience where these scammers somehow got into my Amazon account. Then, out of nowhere, they called me pretending to be from Amazon’s customer service, saying they wanted to fix the problem. They even somehow loaded my basket with loads of pricey stuff, which totally freaked me out. I’ve told Amazon about it but I’m still waiting for them to sort it out.
