The voice was weirdly American and robotic, and I could swear it said Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs instead of His Majesty's. Plus, there was this short pause of silence before the message kicked in. Then it asked me to press 1 to talk to a "representative"... yeah, no chance! Total SCAM!
