Just received a text from this number around twenty seconds back. We decided to give it a ring, and it turns out to be an O2 mobile. The only thing that springs to mind is that the folks behind this might be avoiding the cost of a short code, leaving some poor soul to send out messages to everyone! Quite amusing, really!
