Got a voicemail from “Bank Security” saying they’d blocked payments to some foreign exchange for £1299 and to Amazon for £99. They claimed it was because I’d never dealt with those places before. Thing is, I’ve never used foreign currency, but I buy from Amazon all the time. Then I got another call just like it a couple of hours later, different number but same voice. Totally dodgy - definitely a SCAM! Just hung up straight away!
