Got a message on WhatsApp from someone claiming to be my son or daughter, asking for loads of cash. Definitely a scam!

This number seems like a proper dodgy scam. Someone said they were my Dad but the messages were totally out of character. I’m relieved I wasn’t the only one checking this number out. Another person mentioned they got a call pretending to be their son and warned it’s a scam. I didn’t chat long anyway, just blocked and reported straight away. Absolute scam alert!

Someone pretended to be my son on WhatsApp trying to trick me into sending them money. Don’t get caught out by this, it’s definitely a scam!
