Got a text earlier today claiming to be from the Tesco press office. No idea why they included their name in the message or why they were after my email address. Has anyone else come across anything like this? Feels a bit odd to me.

Received a text off this number asking for my email, claiming to be Tesco press office or something. Tried calling back but it just cuts off immediately. So I got in touch with Tesco directly to check and they told me it’s not any of their numbers. Looks like it’s probably some sort of scam, watch out!
