Got a call from some Leicester call centre, the guy said he was from my bank, but I knew that wasnt true. I called him out on it and he just started swearing at me. Totally rude!

Just a heads up, I’ve got no account with hsbe or anything like that. Seriously, don’t go near any links they send you, could be dodgy. Stay safe, folks!

I got a message saying there was a strange login attempt on my account and to click a link to stop it from being frozen. Something felt off, so I reached out to Halifax directly. They told me that nobody had tried to get into my account and that they’d never ask customers to click on a link in a text. Seemed like a classic phishing scam to me!

Got a text from someone pretending to be HSBC saying there were strange login tries on my account - problem is, I don’t even have an HSBC account! The message had a link that looked suspicious, probably trying to steal your bank login info. Really risky stuff, so don’t click on it, just delete and block straight away.
