Got a call from some debt collector bloke with a really posh English accent. When I asked “Who exactly are you looking for?” there was this weird pause like he didn’t get it, then he carried on talking like nothing happened. Sounded like one of those robot voices, honestly quite convincing. My advice? Just drop the call straight away, don’t bother trying to ring them back either - bit sus if you ask me. Stay clear of these lot!

Got a call from some bloke about debt, sounded proper dodgy. When I asked him “WHO ARE YOU AFTER?”, he just paused and then carried on like he'd not heard me. Honestly, it felt like some kind of robot or automated voice. Pretty convincing, but still a scam no doubt. Best thing is to just hang up straight away. You can't ring them back either, so don’t bother trying - just steer clear.

Just got a call a moment ago, and they were clearly trying to get me to say "yes" for something. Pretty sure it wasn't a real person at all. I've gone ahead and blocked the number now.

This bloke said he was ringing as a courtesy call from advisors.com, but I told him I’m on the telephone preference service list and if he called again I’d have to report him straight away.

I didn't pick up when they called, even tho they rang me three different times. I rang back but the number showed up as unknown. Bit sketchy if you ask me.

Got a call from someone named Paul claiming to be with "the advisors." It was obviously dodgy so I just ended the call straight away. Definitely a scam.

I got a call from this number but they just hung up right away. Then, when I tried to ring them back, it said the number wasn’t valid or couldn’t be found. Strange.

Got three calls back to back, all ringing from different numbers but the bloke sounded Indian every time or at least close to it. I just hung up before he finished chatting.
